She is also the founder and “Chief MOM” of MOMLogics, a Black mental health and wellness company that makes the lives of busy, overwhelmed moms easier and helps them identify health risks early through community, education, and technology.

Lavelle works with moms, parents, businesses, organizations, and schools to provide parenting workshops, coaching, and positive community impact through the lens of emotional intelligence, mental health, and personal well-being. Lavelle enjoys cooking, traveling, capturing memories on her phone camera, and spending time with her two children, family, and friends.
